BOOK YOUR FOOD HAMPER
Food hampers are provided for no financial cost, and there is no eligibility criteria to receive a food hamper. You will not be asked to commit volunteer hours, prove your income range, have Canadian citizenship status, etc., to receive a food hamper.

Food hampers are provided on a scheduled appointment basis. You can choose three ways to receive your food hamper:

HOW TO REGISTER
When registering to become a food bank user, we collect important demographic information about you. This is not to determine your eligibility criteria. You will be asked to provide 1) proof of address, and 2) government issued identification for each individual in your household if you are able to.
1. Proof of address
a) bank statement
b) utility bill
c) rental receipt
d) lease agreement

2. Government issued identification for each individual in your household.
a) Saskatchewan driver's license
b) Saskatchewan identification card
c) Saskatchewan health card
d) Canadian passport
e) Birth certificate
f) Certificate of Canadian Citizenship
g) Permanent Resident Card
h) Certificate of Indian Status
i) Canadian military identification card
