It all started with one FCC employee on one tractor collecting food in October 2004. From that small food drive near Listowel, Ont., FCC Drive Away Hunger has grown year by year, and volunteer by volunteer. The agriculture and food industries have rallied around the cause.
Every year we are thrilled to be part of an amazing day of activity. From tractor tours to visits to Regina schools this food and funds raising event engages the whole city in that uniquely FCC way.
Today, 17 years and thousands of volunteer hours later, FCC Drive Away Hunger is helping meet the needs of food banks across Canada and right here at home.
