PERSONAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

This two day workshop is custom designed to help those with fixed or low incomes make the best financial decisions with limited household incomes.  Over the course of the workshop participants will learn about:  Budgeting, Banking Options, Managing Credit, Debt Repayment and Effects of Consumerism.

COST

There is no cost to attend these programs and all of the materials and items needed for a program are provided.

NUTRITIONAL COOKING LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Learn about healthy food choices, develop skills to prepare food for yourself and your family, and learn budgeting skills when purchasing food!  The Nutritional Cooking Leadership Program has 10 classes that include classroom learning activities, a grocery store tour, preparing meals together, preparing a large meal to feed the community, and your level 1 food safety course.

COST

There is no cost to attend these programs and most of the materials and items needed for a program are provided.
