PERSONAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT WORKSHOPS

 This free workshop is custom designed to help those with fixed or low incomes make the best financial decisions with limited household incomes.  Over the course of the workshop participants will learn about:  Budgeting, Banking Options, Managing Credit, Debt Repayment and Effects of Consumerism.  There is no cost to attend these programs and all of the materials and items needed for a program are provided.

NUTRITIONAL COOKING LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Learn about healthy food choices, develop skills to prepare food for yourself and your family, and learn budgeting skills when purchasing food!  The Nutritional Cooking Leadership Program includes 12 sessions in the kitchen, classroom, and the community and Level 1 Food Safety Certification.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

You must be 18 or older to attend this program.  Transportation assistance can be provided.  Please inquire for details.

Please note that this  program is not intended to advise or counsel participants with specific nutritional information on weight loss, personal health related issues, or dietary concerns relating to religious or cultural practices.

COST

There is no cost to attend the Nutritional Cooking Leadership Program thanks to the support of Conexus Credit Union.
